01Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using All-Calc — including any calculator, page, or feature on this site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site.
These terms apply to all visitors, regardless of where you're located or which device you're using. Continued use of the site after any changes to these terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We'll note the effective date at the top of this page whenever changes are made, so it's always clear which version is in effect.
02What All-Calc Is — and Isn't
All-Calc is a free, browser-based collection of calculators for personal finance, health, education, fitness, and general-purpose arithmetic. Every calculation runs entirely within your browser using JavaScript. No information you enter is transmitted to our servers, stored in a database, or linked to your identity in any way.
The results produced by All-Calc calculators are based on the formulas and assumptions documented on each tool's page. Those results are provided as-is to help you understand how a calculation works and to explore scenarios quickly — not to serve as the final basis for financial decisions, medical choices, legal matters, or any other consequential action.
03No Professional Advice
Nothing on All-Calc constitutes financial, legal, medical, tax, or investment advice. The content on this site — including calculator outputs, explanatory text, and any worked examples — is general in nature and cannot account for your specific circumstances, jurisdiction, or situation.
Before making any significant financial decision — taking out a loan, planning for retirement, filing taxes, evaluating an investment, or choosing a health plan — consult a qualified professional. A calculator can help you understand the math; it cannot replace the judgment of someone who knows your complete situation.
- Financial calculators — loan EMIs, compound interest, SIP projections, and retirement estimates are illustrative. Actual figures from banks, brokers, and financial institutions may differ based on their own rules, rounding conventions, and product terms.
- Tax calculators — results are based on the tax slabs and rules specified on each page and may not reflect recent legislative changes, local surcharges, or your specific filing status.
- Health and fitness calculators — BMI and related metrics are population-level tools and should not be used to diagnose any condition or make medical decisions.
- Education calculators — GPA and grade tools use the scale and weighting rules noted on each page, which may differ from your institution's specific grading policy.
04Accuracy and Limitations
We take care to make every formula on All-Calc accurate. Each calculator is built from established references — the same compounding conventions used in financial documentation, the same statutory rules published by retirement schemes, and the same weighted-average logic described in academic grading policies. Known assumptions and limitations are documented directly on each calculator's page.
That said, we cannot guarantee that every result is correct for every possible combination of inputs, region, or use case. Formulas may be based on simplified assumptions. Regulatory rules change. Edge cases can produce unexpected results. We update calculators when errors are reported or rules change, but we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any result produced by the site.
You use the results at your own risk. All-Calc and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome — financial or otherwise — that arises from relying on a calculation produced by this site.
05Permitted and Prohibited Use
All-Calc is a free public resource. You are welcome to use it for personal, educational, and general informational purposes. You may share links to individual calculators freely.
The following uses are not permitted:
- Scraping or automated access — using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to systematically extract content from the site without prior written permission.
- Reproducing or republishing content — copying the site's text, formulas, design, or code — in whole or in substantial part — on another website, app, or publication without attribution and written permission.
- Reverse engineering or tampering — attempting to interfere with the site's operation, circumvent any technical measure, or reverse-engineer any part of its code or infrastructure.
- Misrepresentation — presenting All-Calc's outputs as the output of a proprietary tool, official government source, or licensed financial system.
- Commercial resale — reselling or licensing access to All-Calc's calculators or content as part of a paid product or service without a separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to block access for users or systems that violate these terms or that place unreasonable load on the site's infrastructure.
06Intellectual Property
All original content on All-Calc — including the site's design, layout, written explanations, and the code that powers each calculator — is the intellectual property of All-Calc and its operators, protected under applicable copyright law.
Mathematical formulas themselves are not protectable by copyright, but the specific way those formulas are implemented, explained, and presented on this site is original work. You may use the mathematical concepts behind any calculator freely; you may not copy the page's text, structure, or code.
If you'd like to embed a calculator or reference our content in an educational or editorial context, please contact us. We're generally happy to accommodate reasonable requests.
07Third-Party Links and Advertising
All-Calc may display advertising or include links to third-party websites, products, and services. These may include affiliate links, where we receive a small commission if you choose to make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are used selectively and only for products or services that are relevant to the calculator you've used.
We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Clicking an external link takes you away from All-Calc, and those sites' own terms and privacy policies apply from that point forward. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party site or service linked from this one.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All-Calc and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this site or any calculator on it.
This includes, without limitation, losses arising from errors in calculator output, reliance on results for financial or medical decisions, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your device or data. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Because all calculations run locally in your browser and no data is transmitted to our servers, we are not responsible for any loss arising from data processed on your device or stored in your browser's temporary memory.
09Changes to the Site and These Terms
All-Calc is an actively maintained site. Calculators are added, updated, and occasionally retired. We may change the site's design, functionality, content, or structure at any time without prior notice.
These Terms of Use may also be updated from time to time. When they are, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically if you use the site regularly.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of All-Calc that cannot be resolved informally should be referred to the appropriate courts or dispute resolution bodies in the jurisdiction where All-Calc operates.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11Contact
If you have questions about these Terms of Use, have found an error in a calculator, or want to report a misuse of the site's content, you can reach us through the Contact page. We read every message and respond to genuine enquiries as promptly as we can.
For accuracy reports in particular: please include the name of the calculator, the inputs you used, the result you received, and what you believe the correct result should be (and how you arrived at that). That level of detail makes it much faster to investigate and fix confirmed issues.
